We had a very reassuring experience at Crown Vet, Aundh with Dr. Pavaan. We were extremely worried when we suspected that our dog had eaten dark chocolate, which we knew could be dangerous. Dr. Pavaan responded promptly, assessed the situation carefully, and took immediate steps to ensure our pet’s safety. He explained everything clearly, handled our dog gently, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. His calm and professional approach really helped reduce our anxiety during a stressful moment. The clinic was well-organized and supportive, and the overall care was excellent. I took my cat to Dr. Pawan for a late-night check-up, and I’m really grateful for the care we received. He was compassionate, explained the issue with a lot of patience, and was also proactive in asking for feedback. Most importantly, my cat is now healthy and doing well. What stood out to me was that the focus was genuinely on treatment rather than making money, which hasn’t always been my experience with other vets. Highly recommended!

I am extremely thankful to the pet doctors — Dr. Raj (Rajshekhar), Dr. Preeti, Dr. Saloni, Dr. Ananya, Dr. Prachi, and Dr. Sanhita; Manager Lopamudra Ma’am; Rupesh Sir; and nurses/brothers Ganesh, Anand, and Athaava — and the entire team at Crown Vet Hospital, both Aundh and Kalyani Nagar, Pune, for their prompt and compassionate care. My dog, Angel, suddenly started vomiting and had bloody motions along with a high fever, and we had to rush to the hospital at around 3 AM. Despite the late hour, Dr. Raj and staff member Ganesh were very responsive, calm, and professional. They handled the emergency with great care, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured my pet was comfortable and stable. I am very grateful to Dr. Raj for starting immediate treatment and taking the right decisions with the support of supporting staff- Mr. Ganesh and the team. Their dedication and availability during such critical hours and days (as she was admitted for 11–12 days) truly mean a lot to pet parents like us. I’ve had a really good experience with this veterinary clinic. During my 2 years in India, it has been the best clinic I found. The place has solid infrastructure and is well-organized, which makes visits smooth. The team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond, which I really appreciate. We recently brought our cat Bandit to Crown Vet Aundh, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The vets were incredibly gentle and patient, which made a huge difference because Bandit is usually quite nervous during vet visits. My experience with Dr. Raj and the veterinary team was exceptional. We were greatly relieved by their prompt care, which ensured the safety of our 3-month-old puppy. After our puppy ingested several tablets and began drooling, we immediately sought a 24-hour pet hospital. Upon calling, we were instructed to rush over, and the doctor and his assistant were prepared for our arrival. Their swift intervention enabled our golden retriever puppy to expel the toxins at 3:00 AM. I am profoundly grateful for their service and assistance.
